It was very clean and the staff was very nice
It is really extremely loud at night. I had the feeling that people were standing in my room, it was so loud. I had ear plugs in and still had sleepless nights! And I live in Vienna and am used to noise! I also had a huge cockroach in my room. The cleaning lady cleaned the room again, but left the window open, so I was again worried that there might be a cockroach in the room (which was very small - I'm not afraid of them but I find them unhygienic and they spread diseases) It was also wet because the windows were leaky due to the rain and I found the towels not that fresh and not well washed.
